- Customers can cancel an order before the cut off time of their slot (1 pm for evening slots and 6 am for morning slots) and are entitled to a full refund for the same
- No cancellation charges are deducted if the order is cancelled within 30 minutes from the time of order. If otherwise, then Rs 30 in urban cities and Rs 20 in rural cities is charged as cancellation fees.
- BigBasket also has a no questions asked return policy in case the customer is not satisfied with product quality or freshness of a delivered product. Following time limits are applicable in this case:
- Perishable goods: Within 48 hours from the delivery date
- Other goods: Within 7 days from the delivery date
